Low Poly Portrait
The main objective of this Low Poly Portrait was to cover a celebrity entirely using triangles. I did Selena Gomez. I used the polygonal lasso tool to create triangles on her face. I also used the paintbrush tool to fill in cracks between the triangles. The advantages of using Photoshop Actions are that it is a great shortcut and allows the process of creating these triangles to go faster and it is much easier. I was able to create more detail in the facial features, such as the eyes, by zooming in to work in small areas. One challenge that I faced during this project was that I lost all my work. I was halfway done with the project, and when I lost my work I had to start over. I think that I successfully completed the project because it is entirely made up of triangles and it clearly resembles Selena Gomez.
