Double Exposure


  1. As this the artist of these pieces, what was your main objective? My main objective was to merge two images together and make them dissolve into each other.

  2. What tools did we primarily use for this project? I used the brush tool and the background eraser tool.

  3. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project? It was challenging to find two images that would work well together.

  4. One of the options for this project was to remove the background of your main image. If you chose that option for one or all your pieces, what tools or techniques did you use to remove it? Were there some tools or techniques that worked better for you than others? I used the background eraser tool and the quick selection tool. I think that the background eraser tool worked better.

  5. What are the advantages of using a Layer Mask to create the Double Exposure effect? A layer mask makes it easier to dissolve the images into each other without ruining or painting on the original image.
